2023年國際論壇之目的在於邀請國內產官學研媒及國際領袖等生態體系各利益關係人齊聚一堂，成為台灣具有指標性及重要影響力和促進可持續發展的平台，以「掌握影響力投資商機、決戰SDGs下半場」為主題以達到：
With the theme “Mastering Impact Opportunities and Conquering the 2nd Half of SDGs,” Taiwan Impact Investment Forum (TIIF) 2023 gathers key opinion leaders from the impact ecosystem in Taiwan and around the globe to discuss the following topics:
■促進知識交流與學習： 促進國內外專家和業界領袖之間的知識分享，學習最佳實踐和創新思維。
Facilitate knowledge exchange and learning: Foster knowledge sharing between domestic and international experts and industry leaders, learning from best practices and innovative thinking.
■發展合作與夥伴關係： 參與者合作解決全球挑戰，建立夥伴關係，共同實現可持續發展目標。
Develop collaboration and partnerships: Engage players in collaborating to address global challenges, establishing partnerships to achieve SDGs collectively.
■啟發具體創新和實踐： 分享創新案例和解決方案，激發參與者在可持續發展領域採取創新方法。
Inspire practical innovation and implementation: Share innovative cases and solutions, inspiring participants to adopt innovative approaches in the field of sustainable development.
■形成政策指引和行動： 提供了一個討論和制定政策指引的平台，以實現可持續發展目標，有助於政府和生態系推動台灣的可持續發展議程。
Formulate policy guidelines and action: Provide a platform for discussion and formulation to achieve SDGs, supporting the government and ecosystem in advancing Taiwan's sustainable development agenda.
■提升永續影響力意識： 透過媒體報導和社交媒體的參與，論壇的討論和結果可以傳播到更廣泛的受眾中，推動實現SDGs的共同努力。
